Refund policy
A 30-day return policy applies. This allows you to request a return within 30 days of receiving the item.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when received, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to ship your package. Items returned before a return request is made will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will assess the issue and take appropriate action.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (food, fresh flowers, plants, etc.), custom-made items (special orders, personalized items, etc.), and hygiene items (beauty products, etc.). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you are unsure about a specific item, please contact us.
We are sorry, but sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, purchase the new item separately.
EU 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order or return it within 14 days for any reason without giving any justification. As above, the item must be in the same condition as when received, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

When we receive your return and inspect it, we will notify you and let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Banks or credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the refund.
